If you head over to

You will see four little windows
One for MGS rising, one for MGS peace walker, one for castlevania and one for Metal Gear arcade

Now first of all there's apparently going to be a MGS arcade game which probably will be similar to the multiplayer in MGS4
The next notable thing is if you look in the window for MGS rising you will see the PS3 logo indicating that MGS rising is not a 360 exclusive.
Now last but not least if you go to the castlevania window and clcik it you will be able to watch a trailer for the new castlevania game. The trailer reveals a subtitle for the game which is Lords of shadow, also it will be released in 2010 and apparently kojima productions is involved in the game.

Why there is no delay for Brawl

If you haven't heard about the rumors allow me to explain them.Gamefly as well as Gamecrazy have listed brawl for a march release date instead of the official February 10 release date and due to this, many fear that brawl may be delayed. I'm here to say brawl will NOT be delayed! i have two reasons to back this up

1.Super Smash Brothers Brawl has gone Gold
according to Japanese sources Super Smash Brothers Brawl has gone gold which means that
the development stage of the game is done. I am not sure if this just applies to the Japanese version of the game but since it's a fighting game i doubt that there is very much text to translate.So even if the U.S. Version is not finished it should not take too much longer. Via (wiipals)

2.Smash Bros. Dojo has not been updated
Smash Bros. Dojo still has the original February 10 release date. And if it did change shouldn't the games official site be updated to reflect this? Or at least take down the February 10 release date? Via (Smash Bros. Dojo)

No more heroes reviewed and gets a 34/40!

No more heroes has been a game I have been looking forward to since i first saw the tgs 06 project heroes trailer.Recently Famitsu reviewed no more heroes giving it a 34/40 based on four scores that were 9/8/8/9.This game is now officially a day one purchase for me.No more heroes should be released state side some time in February 2008.

This is the opening to the Mario cartoon and one thing I find really disturbing is what Mario and Luigi say in the first 15 seconds. Now if you didn't catch it yet watch it again and again until, you notice that Mario may have just said something very very odd.If you give up let me type what Mario said out for you
"Were the Mario brothas and plumbin's our game and were not like the others who get all the fame when you n###as in trouble we'll be there on the double." now at first you may say "Hey Mario didn't say that!" but actually it really sounds like it and after letting 5 people listen to it and hear them say "did Mario just say n###a?"
I feel somewhat confident that Mario may have actually said that.

I am a little sorry for the lack of post's recently ive been pretty busy working on something big for the site.What im working on is a few videos i was going to upload to my youtube profile (which you can find here) as well as some audio stuff.
i also have been busy playing my new ps3 (which i got a week ago) and im trying to finish halo 3 as well as beat metroid prime 3 to write a review of it.I may write up my thoughts on the ps3 or do a vid or audio review on it.also sorry for not uploading my otakon pics but ive uploaded them to my myspace (which is myspace.com/metalfiregear)

Well a while back matt casamassina brought up that a halo ds was in development but it got cancelled, fortunately enough he was able to play it. many people doubted matt, but now He has some proof.

Overall i must say its impressive. ive never been a fan of halo (or fps's) but i would definitely buy this game. And if this was released think of the huge blow to sony this would be.

Final Fantasy 7 Crisis core Preview

Final fantasy crisis core is the type game that the psp was made for.What i mean is its fun, looks good ,has smooth controls and its addictive as hell.
Just recently i got my hands on a Japanese copy of the game so F.Y.I. I cant comment on the story too much since i cant read Japanese but so far i thinks its about zack who is trying to find a guy with red hair cause red hair is um.... illegal.. or something like that? ok i really im clueless here.

Now lets move towards the graphics which are simply stunning. the level of detail in the game is amazing, this game looks like a ps2 or gamecube game.Square has raised the bar for graphics on the psp. and even better is the fmv cut scene's which look like there straight out of advent children.

The game play is phenomenal, its very smooth fast and reminiscent of Final Fantasy 7's battle system.Upon first seeing the game play video's many would assume that it plays out similar to kingdom hearts, And they would be wrong.the game plays out like this, you can walk around a world then a random battle occurs, during this time several enemies appear within a small area and the battle commences. During this time you dodge enemy attacks by simply moving away (like in kingdom hearts) but to attack you must first select a spell, attack , or an item from a small menu at the bottom left of the screen with L and R.The attack icon is a sword ,items are a small bag and spells are casted using materia and you can only carry 5 or 6 different materia in to battle.When you combine all of that you get a fast paced battle system that all can enjoy.

Overall The game is Great and if you own a psp this is a must buy! It will be released state side some time next year.

Wii Zapper and Link's Crossbow Training packaging, details

the zapper is coming out on 11/19/07 and the boxart(above) has been revealed as well as info about Link's Crossbow Training apparently their is 27 stages and 3 game modes Target Shooting, Defender, and Ranger they are all supposedly multilayer and all you need is one zapper and is played one at a time (im guessing whoever gets the highest score wins)

Here is a description of the moddes Via wiifanboy:
Target Shooting plays as expected, asking you to hit bull's-eyes as they pop up and move around the screen. Defender pits you against a variety of enemies charging towards you from all directions; you can to aim off screen to turn Link and face your attackers. While playing in the Ranger mode, you can actually move Link by using the nunchuck's control stick, exploring and fighting your way through the different missions.

Metroid prime 3 Impressions

I just got prime 3 a couple days ago and all i have to say is ITS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
First i must state that
1.I don't like first person shooter very much
2.I thought that prime 1 was better than prime 2
3.I'm not done with the game (yet)
First i gotta say i love the controls they are perfect when i play this game i feel as if i AM samus in most other games i feel like im just controlling the character but when you combine the detail of prime and the perfect conrtols of the wii you will be sucked in the game.Next im gonna talk a bit about presentation when you start the game it will be a bit weird due to the fact you will be talking interacting and fight with and alongside other characters which is a first for metroid, after the opening section it goes straight to old school metroid. one new element of gameplay is your ship in most metroid games your ship pretty much just sits and does nothing but in corruption you will use your ship to recharge health save games carry heavy items and also to bomb areas. overall this game is pretty good and so far im like 50% thru the game so when im finished i may give a full review.

A gamecrazy story

Wow I am speechless, and why am I speechless you ask? Well let me tell you a little story explaining why. well a few days back on Sunday I drove from my home in Baltimore all the way up to Hagerstown (which is a 1.5 hour drive!) to help my dad with something. When I finally get I do what I need to do and wrap every thing up but before I go I decide to check out game crazy (now this is when Stuff happens). As soon as I enter I see a slightly over weight woman with a country accent in her late 20s/early 30s
with a 5 year old who can hardly speak and a toddler. My first thought was "how nice she's buying him a game" then I walked over to the small shelf of old Nintendo and Sega games. While browsing their small selection I over heard the woman and the 5 year old "mommy gimme this, i dont have this, i like this, gimme this" the kid said
His mom responded by saying “you have the All the grand theft auto's I am not gonna get you his one because you already have it!" right there I was SHOCKED. But it didn’t stop there the kid then screamed " I dont have this gran tet audo gimme it NOW!!" his mom then yelled "you already have grand theft auto san andrahdiass and I am not gonna buy it again!!” now first of the woman actually said "san an-drah-diass" in stead of san Andreas and if she cant even say the name right! she shouldn’t even be able play the game and besides she is getting it FOR A FIVE YEAR OLD, He is ONLY FIVE YEARS OLD,
It would not be as bad if the kid was 15 or 16 and mature enough but HE IS ONLY FIVE AND HAS ALL THE GTA's WHAT THE HELL?! And guess what that’s not all after a few minutes of the kid kicking and scream to get his way she buys it and now this what really pisses me off when she goes up to the clerk and puts the game on the counter the clerk says "Umm... you know this game is rated m for intense violence, blood gore, and sexual themes right?" she then says "yeah Yeah I don’t care how bad the reviews are just let me buy it." then she leaves the store. And all I have to say what the HELL, seriously she thought the m rating was a rating from a review she is so STUPID, She is such a unfit parent. On the upside, after she left I was talking' to the clerk and we had pretty good conversation. But this just proved to me that there are way too many UN fit parents out there.
